Payment Information

All payments are to be made as shown below:

For Purchase and Maintenance Orders: Remittance address provided by Canon's Authorized Dealer.

For Lease Orders: Canon U.S.A., Inc. 14904 Collections Center Drive Chicago, IL 60693 Please include the remittance address on the PO for leased equipment.

Order must show the CSU Agreement #70818 on the face of the order!

If the payment does not agree with the exact amount of the invoice a notation or explanation of the difference should be made. If a copy of the invoice cannot accompany the payment, the remittance information should contain the invoice number, date, amount and an explanation if the payment is not exactly as shown on the invoice.

Delivery

Delivery for copiers shall be completed within 30 days or less after receipt of order by Canon U.S.A., Inc. in Canon's Arlington, Virginia office.

Installation

All equipment under this contract is covered by a ninety (90) day warranty from the date of installation.

Warranty

Full Service Maintenance is to be provided for the expected useful life of the equipment. Maintenance pricing for purchase/lease machines is prices as a separate item.
